Our on/off road tour is an incredible experience, with collection and return to your accommodation (within 40 road miles of Luss) in our brand new, luxurious, yet rugged Land Rover Defender 130.

Your charismatic adventure guide will get to know you on the tour and transfer to the picturesque village of Luss on the west side of Loch Lomond where we’ll pause for a comfort break, before heading off-road on Luss Estate.

Our guides are qualified, experience off-road driving instructors, giving guests the option to get behind the wheel of the new Defender on challenging off-road sections, or sit back, relax and let the guide do the driving.

Guests enjoy a fascinating guided tour, with a deep dive into the heritage, history, traditions and characters of Luss Estate, home to the Clan Colquhoun for 33 generations, over 600 years.

On our full-day Loch Lomond tour we venture off-road in two locations. The first in the ancient forest to the west of Loch Lomond, climbing through river crossings and rock crawls for beautiful views over Loch Lomond’s enchanted islands. The second, is a completely different landscape, set amidst spectacular mountainous scenery around Loch Long and the 'Arrochar Alps'.

We usually book a table for our guests lunch at The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, which is a wonderful, tradtional Scottish coaching inn, in the village of Luss, where the menu is brilliant and the service is fantastic.

Our Off-Road Driving Adventures and Loch Lomond Guided Tours are not weather dependent so we operate all year round - a bit of rain, mud or snow only makes for an even more exciting experience!
