BOOKING TERMS & PARTICIPATION POLICY
For bookings of up to 3 vehicles, full payment is required to secure booking. For group and corporate bookings of 4 or more vehicles, events are contracted with specific terms, usually involving a 30% initial payment to secure, with the balance settled 14 days prior to the event date. Please get in touch with our team to discuss.
For bookings of up to 3 vehicles, for cancellations made more than 14 days before, a refund will be made, less a 30% cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 14 days, no refund will be made. For groups of 4 vehicles or more, please refer to your contracted terms.
4x4 Adventures Scotland Ltd is committed to your safety and has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that our 4x4 Adventures and associated activities are safe, enjoyable and rewarding.
By participating in a 4x4 Adventures Experience or Event you accept that whilst 4x4 Adventures Scotland Ltd will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, off road driving carries an inherent risk which could result in injury, illness or death.
Participants must understand that there is no pressure to participate, and you may choose to take part in as little or as much of the activity as you feel comfortable with. Participants agree to abide by all instructions given by 4x4 Adventures Scotland Ltd staff and understand that staff may refuse participation if instructions are not followed. 4x4 Adventures Scotland cannot be held liable for participants’ or third parties’ actions.
Participants must make 4x4 Adventures Scotland Ltd staff aware of any physical or health conditions which may affect participation in the activity, this information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
