A fantastic driving experience, and a wonderful guided tour of Loch Lomond, from a truly unique off-road perspective.

Your kilted adventure guide will collect you from Mar Hall Hotel, or your accommodation, if elsewhere on resort. You’ll get to know your charismatic, friendly guide on the short 5 minute drive to our off-road area, in the ancient forest to the west of Loch Lomond.

Our Adventure Guides are off-road driving instructors, so when we go off-road, you will have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of one of our iconic, classic Land Rover Defenders.

The tracks are rugged and increasingly challenging as they climb through the forest to reveal spectacular views across Loch Lomond’s islands.

You’ll enjoy a nice insight into life in this part of Scotland, and learn a little of the history of the estate which has been in the same family for 33 generations. You’ll be out of the vehicles at lots of view points, and for photo opportunities.

We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults in the vehicle, or 6 guests if there are two or more kids under 16. We do have multiple vehicles and can comfortably accommodate large groups. You can book up to 2 vehicles online, or get in touch for larger group bookings.

Our Off-Road Driving Adventures and Loch Lomond Guided Tours are not weather dependent, so we operate all year round - a bit of rain, mud or snow only makes for an even more exciting experience!
